Record Of Ragnarok Season 2 Part 1, “The Brink,” Raiden Tameemon and Shiva in the final stages of their fight.
We get a flashback of their past wherein both are fighting for something they love.
Raiden chops off Shiva s’ one arm while in return, the God of Destruction does the same by cutting one arm from the sumo wrestler.
Raideen dies as his lover Thurd hugs him in his final moments before Shiva skews his head of winning the round of the Gods.
Shiva is congratulated by Ares as the former admits to the fact that humans are pretty tough.
Zeus finds Buddha and asks him to fight the next round, which he accepts. However, before the battle, he changes sides and decides to fight from Humanity s’ side.
Record Of Ragnarok Season 2 manga adaption part one covered chapters 20-43 which means Record Of Ragnarok Season 2 Part 2 will begin by adapting Volume 11: Chapter 44 of the manga.
Zeus reveals that Buddha was an option for later rounds, but the Gods need a win, and Buddha will fight in Round Six.
But Buddha betrays the Gods and states he will fight from humanity’s side. Seeing Buddha s’ stance, Aphrodite, Ares, and Loki are enraged.
Meanwhile, Brunhilde is unflustered by Buddha s’ declaration leading many to believe she knew this would happen.

Zeus picks Bishamonten to fight Buddha, who, after combining with multiple forms, reveals his original form of the lucky Gods, Zerofuku.
Zerofuku takes off the remnants of Bishamonten’s mask and vows to murder Buddha.
