Aharen-san wa Hakarenai season one aired from 2nd April 2022 to 18th June 2022 for 12 episodes.
As of writing, there is no update from studio Felix Film on the renewal of Aharen-san Season 2.

Production studios consider various financial and commercial metrics before announcing a renewal.
As mentioned earlier, Aharen-san Season one wasn’t a massive success compared to other rom-com such as Love after World Domination and Ascendance of a Bookworm.

Financially, the anime didn’t give a huge boost to manga sales in April 2022 since the series didn’t make the Top 20 Oricon list.
While the reviews and finance may still get a pass, the availability of the studio will be a crucial factor for a sequel.
Studio Felix Films is a relatively small production house and, consequently, hasn’t released any sequels for their past animes.
Additionally, they usually tend to follow a one-anime-per-year trend. Incidentally, a new project in the form of MF Ghost has already been scheduled to release later this year.

AHAREN-SAN WA HAKARENAI MANGA CATCHUP
Aharen-san wa Hakarenai manga is written and illustrated by Asato Mizu. It began serialization in Shonen Jump+ magazine on 29th January 2017 under the Jump Comics+ imprint published by Shueisha.
The manga has been collected into 15 volumes, with the latest issue released on 4th October 2022.
As of September 2022, Aharen-san wa Hakarenai manga has sold over 1.3 million copies in sales.

AHAREN-SAN WA HAKARENAI SEASON 2 PLOT
In the finale of Aharen-san Season one, “This Is a Duel, Huh?”, In a flashback appearing while Raido was away, Oshiro inquired whether she and Raido were dating, however, Aharen denied it.
Accepting Raido dismissed Aharen, Oshiro started her preparation, needing to make him pay. In the present, Raido follows Oshiro’s note and gets tested to a duel in Reversi.
As they play, Oshiro recalls when she met Aharen back in middle school. She says he will quit seeing her when she wins since he doesn’t respond to Aharen’s sentiments.
Raido then, at that point, cuts her lead and makes sense of it at the camp, Aharen couldn’t admit it, yet he told her he enjoyed her.
