The Storyline of Injustice Video Games
As you all know from the previous two installments of the game, Superman becomes an oppressor after losing Lois Jane because of JokerJoker. Batman was successful in defeating Superman, including his partners Damian and Cyborg.
In the second game, both teams form an awkward alliance to fight a mutual enemy, Brainiac. While both the teams were successful in defeating him together, the alliance didn’t continue. Superman needed to use Brainiac’s technology to get across the universe, and when Batman finds out, he directly confronts him. In Injustice 2, players could choose which side they wanted to be on or side with both teams and receive the distinct climax.
Batman’s rebellion was successful and the dominion transferred to the Phantom Zone. Later on, Batman formed a different Justice League with different characters, including Supergirl, who initially sided with Superman before releasing the truth.
On the other hand, Superman’s end was quite mysterious. After defeating Batman, Superman applied Brainiac’s technology to manipulate The Dark Knight. He and the rebellion would need Brainiac’s sources to take over the multiverse.
