The Plot of Netflix’s Daybreak Series

The plot of the series focuses on the story of a 17-year-old boy Josh Wheeler, who is a freshly transferred student. Josh is a high school loner who is bullied constantly. Josh’s girlfriend, Sam Dean, has gone missing in post-apocalyptic Glendale, California and he is determined to find her. In his mission, he is accompanied by a ragtag group of misfits, including Josh’s former high school bully Wesley, a would-be pacifist samurai, and 10-year-old pyromaniac Angelica.

Josh struggles to withstand the masses of evil jocks, grown-ups who have turned into Ghoulies, cheerleaders who have become Amazonian warriors, and the mysterious Baron triumph.
