Demon Slayer Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc Release Date
The Demon Slayer Season 3 release date hasn’t been officially announced yet; however, not confirmed but it is expected to be released in the next year (in around April), 2023. The fans were hoping to see Season 3 this fall, 2022, but because of the global pandemic, which hasn’t been ended yet, it would be impossible to be released so soon.
The Japanese Animation Studio, Ufotable, which is the one behind the series, always seems to be very consistent with the work outputs. The series debuted in the year 2019 when at the same time Mugen Train movie was released in Japan in the year 2020. In the year 2021, the Demon Slayer’s Mugen Train arc was released in the year 2011. All of them were released during the fall season each year, which makes the audience believe the upcoming one to be released in the fall this year, and Ufotable studios can achieve the impossible.
Demon Slayer Season 3: What arc is it adapting?
The official Swordsmith Village arc will be adapted in the Demon Slayer Season 3, and we believe that Season 3 will cover chapters 100-127 of the manga. If there aren’t any major changes, it should cover the leading character Tanjiro, ’s journey to Swordsmith Village for the new weapon. The Swordsmith Village is the home of ancient weapons, and Tanjiro’s journey won’t be straightforward.
Moreover, the Entertainment District ending too indicated a complicated road about which the Demon Slayer Season 3 will choose. Tengen is off the board, who is still breathing and alive, and mentioned to Iguro that Harshira’s replacement should be Tanjiro. All this would probably lead to a successful strike, waited for so long, to their ultimate target: Muzan Kibutsuji.
