The plot follows Izuku Midoriya, who idolizes the greatest superhero, “All Might,” Sadly, unlike everyone, Izuku wasn’t born with a Quirk. 

Fate brings the two together, and Izuku realizes All Might is concealing a critical injury from the world. With his timing coming to an end, All Might passes down his quirk, “One for All,” to Izuku after seeing his determination to become a Hero.

After acquiring One for All, Izuku enrolls in the UA Highschool alongside his bully friend Bakugo Katsuki to fulfill his dream of becoming a Hero. 

With the Villains rising in the city and disrupting world order, can Izuku and his superhero friends save the world is the central plot of the show.

My Hero Academia s’ popularity has seen the franchise complete five seasons, and as of writing, a sixth season is currently airing. 

While My Hero Academia fans are happy to see their favorite heroes back on screen, there is already rising demand for My Hero Academia season 7.

My Hero Academia season one aired from 3rd April 2016 to 26th June 2016 for 13 episodes. The series was renewed for a second season which aired from 1st April 2017 to 30th September 2017 for 25 episodes. My Hero Academia season 3 ran from 7th April 2018 to 29th September 2018 for 25 episodes.

On 12th October 2019, My Hero Academia returned for a fourth season which ran for 25 episodes till 4th April 2020. A fifth season was released on 27th March 2021, which ran for 25 episodes till 25th September 2021, and as of writing, My Hero Academia season six is currently airing since 1st October 2022. 

Currently, there is no update from Studio Bones on the My Hero Academia Season 7 trailer and My Hero Academia Season 7 release date. Still, a production announcement can be expected before the broadcast of the season six finale.

The series remained consistent in its release schedule till the fourth season, with annual releases from 2016 to 2018. But, due to the pandemic, the production has changed, and since 2019 the waiting time between My Hero Academia seasons increased to 1.5 years.

Furthermore, the ongoing sixth season will most likely conclude in March 2023, with episode 25 being the final installment in My Hero Academia season 6.

Considering this timeline and other extenuating circumstances, we can expect My Hero Academia Season 7 release date to be in Spring 2024.

My Hero Academia manga is written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump on 7th July 2014. The manga has been collected into 36 volumes, with the latest issue released on 4th July 2022.

During Jump Festa 2021, the Boku no Hero Academia manga creator started talking about the “conclusion” of the entire series.

“I think perhaps the manga will be heading towards its conclusion soon, but I’ll make sure you can enjoy it until then!”

Initially, it was revealed by writer Kohei Horikoshi that the plan to complete the My Hero Academia manga series was in late 2022, alongside the sixth season. Still, on 5th October, Horikoshi wrote in Weekly Shonen Jump that he was reconsidering his previous statement.So, it looks like the final chapter of the My Hero Academia manga series will be released in 2023.

As of January 2022, the manga had over 65 million copies in circulation worldwide, with 45 million being sold in Japan and the remaining 20 million elsewhere.
