SEASON | RELEASE DATE |
Chillin’ in My 30s Season 1 | 7th January 2023 |
Chillin’ in My 30s Season 2 | Yet to be Announced |
Production Studios consider various financial and commercial metrics before announcing a renewal.
We got to see the Chillin’ in My 30s Season One anime in Winter 2023, which was a good anime but not as good as the top-rated anime.
Studio Encourage Films is relatively a new production house with limited capacity to develop new projects and, more importantly sequels.
Furthermore, the studio mostly follows one anime per year policy which could be bad news for fans hoping for Chillin’ in My 30s Season 2.
However, the biggest concern is not exactly the studio but rather the source material wherein all three volumes of the light novel were adapted in the first season.
The good news is the manga is still ongoing, which can be used as source material for future plotlines but considering the first season ended on a satisfactory note, and it looks unlikely for that to happen.
All in All, it appears studio Encourage Films will most likely move on to other lucrative projects than produce Chillin’ in My 30s Season 2.
Hence, expecting any updates on Chillin’ in My 30s After Getting Fired from the Demon King’s Army Season 2 trailer and Chillin’ in My 30s After Getting Fired from the Demon King’s Army Season 2 release date could be a pointless wait.
