In the finale of Hell’s Paradise Season One, “Dreams and Reality,” Shion, despite concentrating on his Tao, is unable to beat the Tensen.

Senta is badly injured and is losing blood, but Akaginu cuts the sprouting flowers, temporarily reviving him.

Sagiri, along with Akaginu, helps Shion attack the Tensen, but once again, they are unsuccessful.

Suddenly, a bleeding Senta suggests the executioners target the ovule of the Tensen, which is its venerable point.

Despite the bad injuries, Shion manages to land the killing blow on the Tensen as it collapses with flowers covering the ground.

The point of interest shifts to Senta, who only has half hour to survive, Sagiri asks Yuzuriha to halve the healing potion, but she only offers to save Shion.

Yuzuriha consoles the dying Senta and asks him to think of the most cherished memory before meeting his end.

After burying Senta, the group finds a place to rest, and Shion tells everyone to share information to increase their chances of survival.

Sagiri has been advised by Shion to acquire a strong command over Tao before its application, as the utilization of Tao without proper practice may result in unfavorable consequences.

Yuzuriha contemplates what if the Elixir doesn’t exist, but Sagiri informs her that Gabimaru said that he has seen the effects of it on the village chief, who has immortal.

Yuzuriha questions the validity of Gabimaru s’ statements, as ninjas do not get married when they are young.

She also is suspicious of Gabimaru s’ intentions as ninjas usually don’t take suicidal missions simply because of fear, and they need substantial like love.

Shion tries to cheer up Sagiri, who is moaning about the loss of all the executioners.

She is also worried about Gabimaru, to which Shion assumes that she is in love; however, Sagiri denies the idea.

Meanwhile, Gabimaru has lost all his memory, but he plays along to gather as much information as possible.

When Mei asks if he is fine, Gabimaru replies in affirmation, but Mei sense that his Tao from the left side of his brain is missing.

The conclusion of the event portrays Sagiri’s confidence in Gabimaru’s survival, attributing his resilience and unwavering determination as primary contributing factors. Meanwhile, Gabimaru reminisces about his past experiences.

Hell’s Paradise Season One is adapted halfway through Chapter 45 of the manga, which means Hell’s Paradise Season 2 will continue the second half of Chapter 45, i.e., the “Lord Tensen” arc.

Shion understands what Sagiri is talking about and says he can “overlook” this matter, causing Sagiri to laugh at his pun.

On the following day, the group led by Gabimaru proceeded up the valley where they encountered Aza Chōbei and Aza Tōma. Upon seeing Gabimaru, Chōbei offered a friendly smile and kicked him without warning.

During the combat, Gabimaru attempts to counterattack by mounting over Chōbei and breaking his neck. However, Mei alerts Gabimaru about Chōbei’s significant Tao reserves, and he soon realizes that Chōbei has managed to survive the attack. As a result, Chōbei hurls Gabimaru to the ground with immense force, leaving him in a state of fury.

During the course of the voyage to Kotaku, Aoki has discovered that the shogun’s plan of dispatching more than one Iwagakure ninja was unwise. Aoki suspects that the leader of the group has ulterior motives.

Shugen approaches Aoki with the intention of discussing the presence of a ninja on board. He expresses his willingness to rectify the situation and offers to assist in any way possible.

Aoki questions if he and the three Asaemon can fight all of them and becomes concerned with the two Asaemon, that are unranked ones.

Shugen vouched for their qualifications and added that Jikka was barely qualified.

Kiyomaru becomes annoyed with Aoki not thinking he was strong and offers to demonstrate his skills to him.
