HARLEY QUINN SEASON 3: RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCED WITH TRAILER
Harley Quinn Season 3 is set to return on the small screen after two years.
Many villains have captivated the fans, and unless you are the Batman, it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t like the mayhem creator-psycho girl, Harley Quinn. Since her first appearance in the 1992 Batman issue: Joker s’ favor and later getting her own Harley Quinn comics, she has always had a huge fanbase.
Harley Quinn, the character, is created by Paul Dini and Bruce Tim for the DC comics. This motley hair henchwoman has appeared prominently in movies like Suicide Squad and Birds of Prey; One such portrayal of her is also in the adult comedy animated show Harley Quinn.
The show follows the adventure of Harley Quinn. After being dumped by the Joker, who lied about loving her, she teams up with her best friend, Poison Ivy, to prove her worth as a supervillain and join the Legion of Doom.
It’s been more than two years since Harley Quinn season 2 ended, and fans have been asking whether or not Harley Quinn season 3 is coming out.
Well, the wait has been worthwhile as HBO has finally revealed the release date for season 3. So, let’s check out when the third season will drop and what it has in store for us.
WHAT IS THE HARLEY QUINN SEASON 3 RELEASE DATE?
The first season premiered on 29th 2019, while the second season came out on 3rd April 2022.
On 28th June 2022, the show s’ Twitter account tweeted a trailer for the third season with the Harley Quinn season 3 release date as 28th July 2022.
Additionally, the first two episodes of the third season will be revealed on the San Diego Comic con that takes place from 21st July till 24th July. Ten episodes are listed for the third season, whose titles and release schedule you can find below:

HARLEY QUINN SEASON 3 PLOT
The final episode of Harley Quinn season 2, “Something Borrowed, Something Green,” ends with Harley and Ivy confessing their love for each other as the latter has her wedding called off with Kite Man, who admits she doesn’t love him.
The plot continues in the mini-series titled, Eat Bang Kill tour, Ivy is still upset about her wedding disaster, but Harley has the perfect plan to cheer her up; a road trip across the country. The trip turns into the chase as Gordon hightails the pair in pursuit of madness. He is determined the bring them in regardless of whoever gets hurt.
Harley Quinn season 3 will most likely delve into the romantic relationship of Ivy and Quinn; the big question is will they breakup by the end of the season.
Speaking to Deadline, showrunner Halpern said:
Definitely. We spent two years digging into Harley, and Ivy was her character, but her stories were told mostly in relation to Harley. So, in this third season, it’d be interesting to flip that, dig deeper into Ivy and her life, and tell some stories through her point of view.

The trailer teases some exciting plot lines tied up with new Harley Quinn characters which would be taken up in Harley Quinn season 3. The trailer opens up Amanda Waller duck taped and tied in front of Ivy and Harley. The latter used to work for Waller when she was a member of the suicide squad. It will be in the best interest of the pair to not leave her alive.
We see a poster of Joker running for mayor in Gotham City. We wonder who could be contesting against him. Joker has no resentment towards Harley, but as we all know, the smiling assassin will use anyone for his gain. A new Harley Quinn season without the Joker is impossible.
Harley and Ivy are presented amongst the Court of Owls orgy, which, let’s say, is a group with massive influence worldwide. This might not be canon and could only be part of Harley Quinn, but it should be fun to see how Harley tackles this situation.

CONCLUSION
Harley Quinn season 3 will take a new direction they have not gone before, according to creator Justin Halpern. Either way, we can’t wait to see Harley Quinn as an absolute menace in the third season.
