The first appearance of Venom was in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man movie casting Tobey Maguire as the Spider-Man. In that movie, Venom was shown as a villain, because of which the black spiderman concept was shown. In the end, Tobey Maguire, aka Spider-Man fighting with Venom, defeats it, but in the end, Venom takes Eddie Brock with it.

The movie based solely on Venom was released in 2018, where Tom Hardy played Eddie Brock’s role. Eddie Brock wasn’t shown as a villain in the film but as a protagonist protecting the city from another Symbiote antagonist. The next part of the movie, Venom: Let There be Carnage, was released in 2021, including a flash of the multiverse.

In Spider-Man No Way Home, Tom Holland’s version of Peter Parker faced his aunt’s death because of which he wanted to kill Norman Osborn. Venom always takes out the darkness in one person, so the question is what will happen when Venom and Peter meet, and Peter will be forced to face his darkness.

Another trait of Venom is that it takes the host’s attributes, the human it is attached to. In the future, when Venom meets with Peter, it might take the abilities of Spider-Man and give another iconic yet interesting look to the Spider-Man.

We can theorize for the future encounters of Venom and Spider-Man, but one thing is established from the No Way Home’s Credits Scene that Venom and Spider-Man will finally be meeting in the upcoming premieres. And Venom, with various abilities, can become one of the powerful villains (stronger than Green Goblin) in the MCU.
