The Witcher Season 3: Filming Continues in Epping Forest
The next season, Witcher Season 3, is still in the process of filming, and it is happening in Epping Forest, a beautiful location.
Currently, one of the most-viewed series on Netflix is The Witcher, which is created by Lauren S. Hissrich. A Polish author, Andrzej Sapkowski, has written many novels and short stories on a character, a Witcher, named Geralt of Rivia. The books were loved by many of the readers and had a huge fanbase. The Witcher series on Netflix is the adaptation of the Polish Witcher novels in English.
The leading actor of the Witcher Series, Henry Cavill, who plays the role of Geralt of Rivia, the monster-hunter, is also a fan of Sapkowski’s books and loved to act in the leading role in the series. Apart from the series, on the basis of Witcher books, video games, card games and some spin-offs have been created too, which received positive reviews.
The main characters in the Witcher series on Netflix are Geralt of Rivia, played by Henry Cavill (as mentioned earlier); Yennefer of Vengerberg, played by Anya Chalotra; and Princess Cirilla of Cintra, Ciri, played by Freya Allan.
Till now, two of the Witcher Series’ seasons have been released. The first one entered the screen in December 2019, which introduced the characters of the Witcher world and set up a plot for future adventures. This fictional drama series is set on a medieval-inspired landmass called ‘The Continent.’
The Witcher Season 2, released in December 2021, included a lot more than just the introduction of the characters. It focused on building a father-daughter relationship between the characters, Geralt and Ciri, who are linked to each other by destiny. As compared to the first season, The Witcher Season 2 received more appreciation because of its less confusing timeline and more horrifying monsters.
The Witcher Season 2 ended with Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer starting their journey to Aretuza, and the whole world is aware of Ciri and her powers and wants to get their hands on her. The fans are excited for the next season, the Witcher Season 3. Netflix has released the official synopsis about what it would focus on, and the filming process has been started.

According to reliable sources, the filming of The Witcher Season 3 is going to take place here at night and will continue till the next weekend. We can’t say for sure where exactly the filming process is taking place looks like Belleteyn, where Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer were present in the earlier season.
The place shown in the picture looks like some of the camps the viewers have seen so far in the Witcher Season 1 and 2. However, it does look more fancy and festive as compared to the earlier ones.
