Next Central Avenger, Doctor Strange: Synopsis of Multiverse of Madness
Marvel Studios in Japan has stated in its Synopsis from Multiverse of Madness that the upcoming Avenger will be Doctor Strange in the MCU.
Another premiere of MCU, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, whose teaser was shown in one of the post-credits scenes of Spider-Man No Way Home. New Synopsis was just released, mentioning Doctor Strange will become the next Central Avenger in that Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The next part of Doctor Strange is going to be directed by Sam Raimi, who was the director of Tobey Maguire’s spiderman trilogy. Doctor Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, a British actor, was present since Marvel Studios started. Doctor Strange’s Multiverse of Madness is going to be phase 4 of Marvel Cinematic Universe, which will explore various dimensions of the multiverse.
Apart from a small teaser, not much information has been shared about the upcoming multiverse adventure. The teaser was shown in the last post-credits scene of Spider-Man No Way Home. The teaser shows some of the flashes of Doctor Strange being tormented by unforeseen consequences of the multiverse.
In Spider-Man No Way Home, Doctor Strange cast a spell to save Peter from the world, people knowing about who spiderman is actually. Because of the spell, various villains from the different universes came into Tom Holland’s universe, which started the madness of the multiverse.
Doctor Strange tried to stop all of this madness, and in the end, he sorted out the wrong spell. However, in the teaser of the next part of Doctor Strange, he got entangled again with the consequences of that spell, which by the way, was warned by Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme, that can be dangerous.
Doctor Strange and The Multiverse of Madness: Synopsis
The next part of multiverse and doctor strange coming together in one premier, the multiverse of madness. The teaser reveals that due to the consequences of one spell, the multiverse madness has started, and for that, Doctor Strange was gone to meet Scarlet Witch, Wanda Maximoff, to help him through the crisis.
The Multiverse of Madness release date hasn’t been disclosed yet, but it is for sure that this film will be released in 2022. It is reported that the premier will also introduce a new superhero into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, who can open portals to anywhere in the multiverse. The name of the superhero is America Chavez, Xochitl Gomez.

Synopsis shed some light on Doctor Strange being the next central Avenger as expected, as every time he took the responsibility to step up and save Earth. In the Avengers Infinity War and End Game, he was the sole mastermind to predict how the Avengers would defeat Thanos, for which he sacrificed himself and the time stone.
The Synopsis also mentioned another version of Doctor Strange, shown in the teaser as an evil counterpart of the Sorcerer Supreme. The translated Synopsis stated:
“Now that Iron Man and Captain America have left after a fierce battle in Avengers: Endgame, former genius surgeon and the strongest magician of them all, Doctor Strange, is expected to play an active role as a central figure in the Avengers. However, using his magic to manipulate time and space at will with a forbidden spell that is considered the most dangerous has opened the door to a mysterious madness called “the Multiverse.” Strange seeks help from his ally Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme, and the Avengers’ most powerful Scarlet Witch, Wanda, to restore a world where everything is changing. But a terrible threat looms over humanity and the entire universe that no longer can be done by their power alone. Even more surprising, the greatest threat in the universe looks exactly like Doctor Strange ….”
The highly-anticipated film will be released in 2022, where Sam Raimi accepted the deviated themes from the Marvel films. The Synopsis revealing some information about the multiverse of madness opens endless possibilities; however, every detail will be revealed with the release of the premiere.
