Salman & SRK will be Seen Together In ‘Tiger Vs Pathaan’ According to Director Siddharth Anand
According to Siddharth Anand, he will direct Salman and Shahrukh in his upcoming movie Tiger Vs Pathaan.
One of the greatest Indian films ever made is Pathaan starring SRK in the leading role, with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham playing the lead antagonists. The movie has surpassed Rs 1050 crore in earnings and performs well in cinemas and OTT platforms.
The immense triumph of a movie cannot solely be attributed to the actors, as the director also plays a significant role. Siddharth Anand is presently one of the most prominent names in the action direction and has executed an excellent job with this thrilling action movie.
Surprisingly, it was recently disclosed that Ayan Mukerji had taken over from Siddharth to direct the sequel War 2, causing disappointment and doubts among the director’s fans regarding the future of the film. Nevertheless, Ayan has demonstrated his ability to handle a large-scale project like Brahmastra.
According to a report from Peeping Moon, Siddharth has secured a significant portion of the project, as he has been chosen to direct the highly anticipated movie Tiger Vs. Pathaan, which is set to begin filming next year. As per the report, the upcoming movie will widen the scope of the YRF spy universe and will be the seventh part of that realm.
The report further states that Aditya Chopra has a grand vision for Tiger Vs. Pathan intends to make it an extraordinary and unparalleled visual spectacle in the Indian film industry. The film needs to be presented in the most magnificent way possible.
There is no better option than Siddharth Anand, who has consistently demonstrated his skill as the best Bollywood filmmaker for action movies with grand spectacles such as Bang Bang, War, and the recent Pathaan. Aditya Chopra has faith in Siddharth’s ability to bring his creative concept to fruition and will give him all the resources required to direct India’s two most significant stars, Salman Khan and SRK, in a complete film, 28 years after their memorable brotherhood story, Karan Arjun (1995).
The storyline of War 2 will be linked to this plot, creating a captivating web of multiple spy thrillers that will entertain audiences.
Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s first collaboration was in the 1995 movie Karan Arjun. Subsequently, they have collaborated on several occasions, making brief appearances in each other’s movies such as Zero, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam. It is also rumored that Shah Rukh will have a guest appearance in the third installment of Salman and Katrina Kaif’s Tiger franchise.
Salman played the role of a spy agent named Tiger in Pathaan, assisting Shah Rukh’s titular character in a difficult situation. The duo also appeared in the film’s post-credit scene, playfully teasing their retirement and the emergence of new actors. Fans adored their scenes together, one of the high points of Pathaan.
YRF’s collection of spy-themed movies includes the initial two movies of the Tiger franchise, as well as the 2019 movie War that featured Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff as RAW agents. The third installment of the Tiger franchise, with Salman Khan reprising his role, is set to release during Diwali this year. There are also reports of a second War movie with Hrithik as the lead, directed by Ayan Mukerji.
The upcoming film ‘Tiger Vs Pathaan’ is expected to be one of the most spectacular action movies ever. It will start filming in 2024 and is planned to be released in approximately 2025. The anticipation for this visually stunning project is high.
