ULTRAMAN SEASON 3: RELEASE DATE CONFIRMED + TEASER REVEALED

Suppose you’ve missed that Saturday morning cartoon vibe but want to dial it to the adult level. In that case, the anime adaption of Eiichi Shimizu s’ manga series, Ultraman, satisfies that craving.
It doesn’t need to break your heart or speak to a deeper part of you there is just an essence of fun to be found in the anime that is nothing but entertainment.
Ultraman’s backstory goes as hailing from the land of light, otherwise known as the ultra-star, a mysterious figure called the giant of light came to Earth, chasing a space monster called Bemular who escaped while on route to a monster graveyard and it’s here the giant of light crashed into a Vitol.
Being piloted by Shin Hayata, melding with him to become the legendary hero Ultra man vowing to help protect Earth from extra-terrestrial threat.
The Netflix show picks up from the original series and will be a direct sequel to it.
Older Shin Hayata visited the former headquarters of the SSSP, which has been turned into a museum. Once the giant of light had completed his mission of protecting Earth from alien threats, he left Hayata and returned to his home world.
This left Hayata with absolutely no memory of these events from then on, he became a science minister and had a young son.
The plot is centred on Shinjiro Hayata, a slightly awkward boy with a kind heart who must follow in his father’s footsteps as the next Ultraman.
The anime is a Superhero story, and it’s amusing to watch Shinjiro act like a teenage boy full of excitement. When he accomplishes his heroics, it’s clear that his actions have consequences and that not even a hero can save everyone.
Ultraman, albeit not popular, there is just an essence of fun to be found in the anime that is nothing but entertainment. That is what Ultraman is, and it’s not so bad it’s good but rather good at what it wants to be.

WHAT IS THE ULTRAMAN SEASON 3 RELEASE DATE?
Ultraman season one began streaming on Netflix on 1st April 2019, after which the series was renewed for the second season, which aired on 14th April 2022.
On 8th April 2022, Netflix Japan Anime s’ official Twitter account announced the renewal of Ultraman Season 3, which will also be the final season in the series. Additionally, Ultraman Season 3 release date is confirmed to be in May 11, 2023.
Ultraman season 3 release date had to be pushed back because the mang artist Tomohiro Shimoguchi became ill, thus the creators were facing the problem of a lack of source material.
While season two took three years to make a return, Ultraman fans will be delighted to see the final season renewed promptly.

On 6th October 2022, a poster for Ultraman season 3 titled “Ultraman Final” was officially released.An exact premiere date is yet to be revealed, but like previous season releases, we can expect Ultraman season 3 to premiere on April 2023.

ULTRAMAN MANGA CATCHUP
Ultraman manga was written by Eiichi Shimizu and illustrated by Tomohiro Shimoguchi. It began serialization in Monthly Hero magazine from 1st November 2011 to 30th October 2022. Since 27th November 2022, Ultraman manga has been published on the Comiplex website.
The manga has been collected into 18 volumes, with the latest issue released on 5th April 2022.
As of 2018, Ultraman manga has sold over 2.8 million copies.
Ultraman manga is rated 7.1/10 and ranked #5723 with 4k members on MyAnimeList.
ULTRAMAN SEASON 3 PLOT
In the final episode of Ultraman season 2, “ULTRAMAN No.6,” Shinjiro gets taken away by Hokuto to Shin s’ prison, where they save Shin and venture out to fight Pedant.
On the other hand, Pedant is destroying the Golden Fortress and other Japan s’ cities. A team of Kotaro, Jack, and Moroboshi is formed, and they begin working together.
Moroboshi clears the path for Kotaro by deactivating the armor while Jack attacks the nuclear reactor. Despite the explosion, jack survives and starts clearing the path for Shin and Shinjiro to escape.
Another minion stops Jack, but he tells Kotaro to keep the plan in action by destroying the nuclear source which was powering the Golden Fortress.
The nuclear reactor is destroyed by an out-of-control Kotaro but leaves Pedant unaffected. But Pedant is put to the sword by the space beams used by Shin, Shinjiro, and Bemular.
The episode ends with all the earthlings returning to safety in the stadium.
The second season ended on Volume 11, Chapter 70 from the manga, and Ultraman season 3 will most likely pick up from where season two left off.
The pedant s’ defeat will trigger a further chain of events as we will our heroes back to fight a stronger enemy. Some new characters will join the group while Jack and Bemular s secret could come to light.
Another question the series will try to answer after numerous revelations is whether Ultraman is a hero or a villain?

ULTRAMAN CAST, CHARACTER, AND CREW
Ultraman season one was directed by Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki. The pair was taken over by Hiroki Uchiyama in Ultraman season two. Netflix hasn’t confirmed the director for Ultraman season 3. Still, with a quick turnaround between seasons two and three, we can expect Hiroki Uchiyama to dawn the director s’ hat again.
Characters are designed by Masaki Yamada, and the music is composed by Kazuma Jinnouchi. Animation is developed by Production I.G. and Sola Digital Arts.
