Thor Love and Thunder were released recently, and no doubt that it has given fans a complete package of entertainment but has also left many unanswered mysteries.

Taika Waititi, the director of Thor Love And Thunder, has presented a complete story; but at last, the movie has also left open questions that will have to be answered in the coming time.
In Thor Love And Thunder, Thor, the God of Thunder and an Avenger, sets off on a path of healing and overcoming his previous griefs. Early in the movie, he gets called on to fight Gorr the God Butcher, played by actor Christian Bale who was on Asgard.
Thor has dependable partners to fight Gorr off, and his team includes King Valkyrie, played by Tessa Thompson, his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, played by Natalie Portman, and Korg. As for Jane Foster, she is now Mighty Thor and possesses Mjölnir.
Both the Thors battle against Gorr till the very end, but ultimately their ‘strengths’ did not work completely; their words of affirmation did. Thor talks to Gorr and addresses his humanity, who lets go of his grudge and decides to use his wish for something important.
Even though Thor Love And Thunder is a movie with a complete narrative, the timeline is still within the MCU. Considering the same, many questions are left unattended, which will be answered in new movies and series. On the other hand, these mysteries can be a setup plot for Thor 5. Did Gorr Kill Other Gods?
Gorr, the God Butcher, was furious towards all Gods as he had convinced himself that all Gods were ignoring their disciples, and they left their original sacred duty, which was to look after them. He also lost his daughter, after which his heart filled with despair, and he came to possess the Necrosword.
Gorr’s victims include God Rapu, the Sequoia Queen and King, and Falligar the Behemoth. But apart from these, other victims were unknown and not revealed in the movie. It is possible he shifted his plans to reach Eternity to wish the death of all gods instead of killing one at a time.
However, not much ‘God killing’ was shown on screen; it could still have been continued off-screen.
Where Was Lady Sif During Thor: Ragnarok?
Thor learns about Gorr after Lady Sif, played by Jaimie Alexander, reaches out to him for help in Thor Love And Thunder. It was her first appearance since Thor: The Dark World, the first in the Thor franchise.
Lady Sif was not in Thor: Ragnarok. Marvel Studios did confirm that she was dusted after Thanos’s snap, the blip, in Avengers: Infinity War. Therefore it is safe to say this is the reason she has been missing for the last five years.
But there is no information about the other years. Thor Love And Thunder did not explain Lady Sif’s whereabouts in the time of Thor: Ragnarok when Hela, played by Cate Blanchett, attacked Asgard.
Where Did The Guardians Of The Galaxy Go?
Thor spent a lot of time with the Guardians of the Galaxy after the Avengers: Endgame, but they did not help in the battle against Gorr. After Thor receives a call for help from Lady Sif, he embarks on finding and helping her. So the team says goodbye to Thor, and the scene is funny.
But the next stop for the Guardians of the Galaxy is not revealed. But the guess is that they will continue their mission of helping planets in need. Another possibility is that they are on their way to look for Gamora. But it will all be clear in Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
Where’s Gamora During Thor Love And Thunder?
At the end of Avengers: Endgame, Thor joins the Guardians of the Galaxy in their mission to help planets in need. Till Thor Love and Thunder, Thor is still with the Guardians. But a crucial person is missing, Gamora, played by Zoe Saldana.
The Sacred Timeline’s Gamora is dead after the events of Avengers: Infinity War, but the movie- Avengers: Endgame brought the old version of Gamora back to the main timeline. Although her whereabouts are unknown, Star-Lord, played by Chris Pratt, intends to track her down.

Is Jane Foster Dead, or can she make a return after Thor Love And Thunder?
Like Mighty Thor in the comic books, Jane Foster is sick with cancer in Thor Love And Thunder. After a long chemotherapy process, she gets called on by Mjölnir and becomes Mighty Thor. But every time Jane Foster transforms into Mighty Thor, her cancer worsens.
It is because the transformation purges the toxins from Jane’s body and takes away all the energy that Jane should use to fight cancer. After finding out about this, Thor urges her to stay out of the final battle with Gorr.
However, without concern for herself, Jane comes to rescue him and the Asgardian children who were kidnapped. After her death, she is shown entering Valhalla. It could hint that Jane cannot remain dead; her Mighty Thor is just beginning in the MCU.
Who Else Is In Valhalla after Thor Love And Thunder?
In the post-credits scene, Jane is shown entering Valhalla and being greeted by Heimdall, played by Idris Elba; now, they both are in Valhalla. But the question remains, who else can be there?
The Asgardian afterlife is only enjoyed by the ones who died in battle, but Jane is a mortal being; Marvel seems to be adjusting the rules of Valhalla. It might be that possession of Mjölnir has made her worthy of a heroic afterlife.
To answer the question of who else might still be in Valhalla. Frigga, played by Rene Russo, and the Warriors Three all pass the description to the Asgardian afterlife, as they died in battle, so the possibility of them being there is high. It is possible that Sacred Timeline’s Loki, Tom Hiddleston, can be there. It is a question worth exploring in the next Thor project.
What Was Mighty Thor’s Ultimate Final Catchphrase in Thor Love And Thunder?
Natalie Portman seems pumped about being a superhero and returning to the franchise through Thor Love And Thunder. Like her, Jane Foster is excited, too, she is ready to be a part of the mission, and with it, she wants to take in all the practices that come with being a superhero. Thus, she is trying to find herself a catchphrase.
In the movie, Jane ponders about her catchphrase several times but unfortunately does not get to decide on it till her last breath. When she finally chooses her catchphrase, she whispers it to Thor in her dying state scene. The audience did not get to know it, but even this could be a whole different storyline in the future.
What’s Next For Love? Can She Become An Avenger?
After Thor talks Gorr out of his murderous plan against all Gods, Gorr wishes for something entirely different from Eternity. The God Butcher’s heart melts at the possibility of resurrecting his daughter, so that is what he does, bring Love back to life. He then dies, leaving his daughter in Thor’s care.
At the end of Thor Love And Thunder, Thor and Love seem to be doing just fine, and Thor is training Love to become a savior. Thor is using Mjölnir again, and Stormbreaker is now in possession of Love. She has superpowers that could be derived from Eternity.
Marvel is setting up Young Avengers now to take over the places of those killed or retired. Love could be a setup for teaming up with Ms. Marvel’s Kamala Khan and Hawkeye’s Kate Bishop.
Will Hercules Be Able To Kill Thor In Thor 5?
Thor Love And Thunder have two post-credits scenes, the first showing Zeus, played by Russell Crowe, who had a plan to take his revenge against Thor, who was utterly humiliated in the movie.
His big plan to take revenge included employing his son Hercules, played by Ted Lasso’s Brett Goldstein, to hunt down Thor and then take revenge. This scene suggested a showdown between Thor and Hercules in the upcoming project.
It should be fun to witness Hercules carrying out his mission with blood thirst and trying to kill the Asgardian prince. But if he defeats Thor, it could be a way of Marvel writing off Thor from the MCU timeline.
