Spider Man Yelena Crossover – Discussed by Tom Holland and Florence Pugh
Tom Holland, aka Spider-Man from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, shared that he had a discussion with Florence Pugh on the topic – Spider Man Yelena Crossover in MCU.
Tom Holland entered the MCU in the year 2016 in the premiere of Avengers: Civil War. With his performance with Avengers, the audience was in love within, and the response led to the creation of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man movies.
In 2017, Tom Holland’s leading movie was released with the name Spider-Man: Homecoming. The fans were elated and wanted more of his movies. Tom Holland also appeared with Avengers in the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, helping however he can to fight with Thanos.
When the world was saved from Thanos and everyone who was gone five years ago came back, another premiere of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man hit the theaters named, Spider-Man: Far From Home, introducing another villain, Mysterio. The premiere’s ending took a new turn in the world of Marvels by the villain telling the whole world Peter Parker is Spider-Man.
The last box-office hit of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man was recently released in December 2021. Spider-Man: No Way Home included Peter Parker (Tom Holland) struggling with his identity revelation and being framed as a murderer. This third entry completed the trilogy of Tom Holland as Spider-Man.
With all the other Spider-Man series of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Tom Holland’s version holds the highest audience score with any MCU premiere on the website Rotten Tomatoes. The biggest event in the history of MCU took place when all the supervillains. Spider-Man ever had come to Tom Holland’s universe, along with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spider-Man.
Before the release of Spider-Man led the premiere of MCU, another, not having the same box office hit, was released last summer, Black Widow. Black Widow revolved around the past of Natasha Romanoff, who was present with Captain America since the staring of the Avengers.
Black Widow introduced another side character but with the energy of the main one, Yelena Belova, step-sister of Natasha Romanoff. Florence Pugh played the role of Yelena Belova, and she did a marvelous job.
Florence Pugh Yelena Belova also entered the MCU Disney+ Show, Hawkeye, to kill the main lead. In the Black Widow post-credit scene, Yelena is shown standing on the grave of Natasha Romanoff, and a woman joins her and reveals the name of Natasha’s killer, Clint Barton. Many of the fans are expecting another premiere of Black Widow, where Florence Pugh Yelena will be leading the movie.
Tom Holland reveals that of all the newcomers to the MCU, he's most excited to work with Florence Pugh: "A really cool Spider-Man / Black Widow movie would be a fun twist!" #SpiderManNoWayHome pic.twitter.com/O2qcMdvqy3— Entertainment Tonight (@etnow) December 14, 2021
Spider Man Yelena Crossover
An interview happened with The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show (via comic book) with Tom Holland and Florence Pugh, in which Holland disclosed that both of them actually had discussed the possibility of a crossover event between Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova.
Tom Holland said, “A Spider-Man and Black Widow II crossover] hasn’t been suggested to the big bosses yet, but Florence and I have definitely spoken about it, and hopefully one day we can make that happen. That would be very cool.”
With the successful premiere of No Way Home, Tom Holland has responded to various ways of Spider-Man’s future in MCU. Holland stated that he would like to step back from the role to his family, but he thinks that he is not ready actually to let go of the character.
The new reports from the interview suggest that Tom Holland might be interested in being Spider-Man. Yelena Belova just entered the realm of superheroes, and her career seems to be getting started. The possibility of Yelena Belova crossing over Spider-Man is not null; it can happen in MCU.
Florence Pugh, aka Yelena Belova, has proven herself worthy of the role, and she is considered to be more ruthless than her sister, Natasha Romanoff. An example of this was shown in Hawkeye, as she never hesitates going over the bad guys.
Both the characters, Spider-Man and Yelena Belova, are kind of characters who are concerned about protecting people, almost to a fault, which makes them a perfect pair in many ways. However, Spider-Man’s future seems somewhat unclear, but Sony has confirmed one more premiere of Spider-Man in MCU. And if it happens, the fans would be so pleased if Spider-Man Yelena Crossover happens in that premiere.
