Why is Toji Fushiguro a fan favourite?
Toji Fushiguro is a sellsword assassin from the Zenin family who goes by “Sorcerer Killer.”He also lives despite being a non-curse user and intends to take down the strongest sorcerer, Satoru Gojo.
He has a deep hatred towards the Zenin Clan as he wasn’t born with any curse energy. This is also one of the reasons he marries a girl with the surname “Fushiguro.”He is also the father of Megumi Fushiguro, who is under the mentorship of Gojo.
Toji Fushiguro’s death is a talking point for many manga readers without spoiling too much for the anime-only viewers. Some feel killing a fan-favourite character so early is lousy writing, while others see his death as the perfect end.
One of the biggest reasons any anime fan gets desperate to see characters like Itachi from Naruto or Rengoku from demon slayer is their personality.
Toji Fushiguro is not dissimilar to what the fans love in being cool, calm, and strong-willed. He is an assassin by profession, but nothing about his feats are silent. A silent killer who isn’t afraid to battle head-on if the money is good.
Toji Fushiguro Manga’s depiction brings out all his qualities, and fans can’t wait to see him impend in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2.
How Strong is Toji Fushiguro?

Physically, he has a refined body, and because of Heavenly Restriction, he can’t use curse energy. Yet he has an incredible sense of detecting curse energy handy as an assassin.
This limitation grants him invincibility despite the handicap of curse energy as sorcerers can’t sense him. This unique ability is only possessed by Toji Fushiguro in the whole of Jujutsu Kaisen.
His hand-to-hand combat skills are God levels, as in Chapter 97 of the manga, he nearly killed two sorcerers with bare fists. His reflexes and speed are also supernatural, and it’s stated he is faster than Sukuna.
He is not just brawn as his intelligence keeps him two steps ahead of his enemies. He can account for a group of sorcerers and plot out the killing plan in seconds.
Being an assassin, he has mastery over weapons from swords to daggers and cursed tools. His prized possession included the Inverted Spear of Heaven, which can negate any cursed energy, and this spear is a significant weakness for even the great Gojo.
